Together, we embarked on a custom grey blending journey. Our goal wasn't to turn her hair grey or blonde, as we both agreed that rich brunette tones suit her beautifully. Instead, we gradually transitioned her base to a slightly lighter shade to soften the contrast. Today, she enjoys a low-maintenance routine, visiting every seven to eight weeks for a simple semi-permanent root refresh to maintain her gorgeous, blended look.

Instead, I strategically placed super fine babylights and lowlights over a couple of sessions to mimic her natural grey tones and eliminate harsh lines. Just eight weeks following her final colour appointment, she was totally fine with how it had faded. Now, she simply visits for regular cuts while her natural hair continues to grow out.
